The FLD-Ball Lollipop Packing Machine is an ideal and professional device for packing ball lollipops. It boasts a logical structure, ease of operation, and excellent sealing capabilities. The machine is primarily comprised of an automatic sorting device, a packing paper color code auto tracking system, a lollipop conveyor chain, a paper packing device, a packing knot and rotating plate device, and a heat sealing knotting device.
Thanks to its state-of-the-art technology, stable performance, and high cost-performance ratio, this machine not only reduces labor costs but also enhances the sanitary standards and packing quality of candies, significantly boosting the production efficiency of enterprises.
The color code tracking system of the trademark corrector is microcomputer-controlled, ensuring accurate and reliable operation. It coordinates paper feeding, wrapping paper, heat sealing, knotting, and other functions. The resulting packed lollipops are visually appealing, neatly arranged, and securely sealed.
The electric control system is equipped with a photoelectric tracing circuit. If there are no candies at the start of the machine, the paper feeding stops simultaneously, preventing any waste. The candy can be packed properly even with curled paper. A step motor is utilized, allowing the paper feeding speed to be adjusted automatically based on the machine's speed.
With imported components such as converters, PLCs, rotary encoders, photoelectric switches, and a user-friendly interface, the machine offers ease of operation and convenient maintenance.

6.Warranty:
The seller guarantees the quality of the products for 12 months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, and
problems or defaults happen on the hard parts of our machinery ,the seller will replace the parts or send the technicians to the
buyer site for repairing and maintenance at the seller's cost(free).But if the defaults are aroused by defaulted operations, or
the buyer need the technical assistance for processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost
