This fully automated production line combines mixing syrup ingredients, forming candy or hooking candy, and packaging, all processes are automated, ensuring stable operation. The candy canes produced by this line exhibit beautiful appearance, excellent brightness, and minimal gram weight errors.
   
Our production line offers several advantages, including high efficiency, productivity, and stability. It is also convenient to maintain and relatively cost-effective.
      
We provide comprehensive after-sales service, including free delivery of quick wear parts and spares. You can contact us anytime for video calls to check on the progress of your equipment. We will also provide videos of the adjusting running situation until you are satisfied before delivery. If needed, we can send an engineer team to your factory for any necessary adjustments. Additionally, we offer video guidance whenever you encounter issues with your machine operation. The warranty period is one year, unless the damage is caused artificially.

5. Testing &training:
The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be FREE. But the buyer should be
responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, board &lodging and $50/day/person for the pocket money to our
technicians.
6.Warranty:
The seller guarantees the quality of the products for 12 months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, and
problems or defaults happen on the hard parts of our machinery ,the seller will replace the parts or send the technicians to the
buyer site for repairing and maintenance at the seller's cost(free).But if the defaults are aroused by defaulted operations, or
the buyer need the technical assistance for processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost
